We operate by appointments to allow ample time for all patients. Emergency cases will always recieve top priority, which may delay appoinment times. Please understand that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. For the safety of all animals we require that they be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
You are welcome and encouraged to visit your hospitalized pet. Our pets are social animals, and while our staff will give them plenty of love and attention, sometimes a visit from the family is "just what the doctor ordered." Please give us a call before you come in, so we can make any special arrangements or accomodations for your visit. In the rare case that a visit would not be good for your pet, we will let you know.
